Enter the main information related to the reservation and then the price calculation for the specified date and number of persons will be displayed on the screen. Click "Next" to continue the reservation.
In the booking form you enter your personal data as well as information about other users of the reservation. For facilities and services marked "Book now" the agency guarantees availability and you can immediately switch to the method of payment. In other words, you can confirm your reservation immediately, except in rare cases when we need confirmation from the owner.
For facilities that do not have the label "Book now", our customer service will send you an e-mail about availability within 24 hours (weekends and holidays 48 hours). The email will also indicate how you can continue the booking process by choosing a payment method.
To finally confirm the reservation, select the model and payment dynamics and enter the required data. Dalmatian Story guarantees protection and secure transmission of your data.
After receiving the advance payment, you will receive a booking confirmation from us with an indication of the advance payment and information about the landlord and the booked accommodation.
After we receive the total amount of the reservation, we will send you an invoice and a voucher as a confirmation of the total amount paid for accommodation and tourist tax.
Payment of the reservation depends on the type of accommodation chosen. The advance payment amounts and the amounts and dates of payment of the total amount are required to be paid by the guests according to the offer / proforma invoice that they will receive from us after the reservation request.
Payment models differ according to the type of service / reservation:
• Private accommodation, rooms, studio apartments, apartments
• Holiday homes
• Rent a car
Receipt of payment
After paying the advance you will receive a confirmation of payment and detailed information about your reservation.
Upon payment of 100% of the amount or balance, you will receive an Invoice with a specification of the cost of each payment and a Voucher-referral containing the following information:
1. Name, address and telephone number of the service provider (legal or natural person)
2. Address of the object (apartment, hotel, ()
3. Name and address of the reservation holder (person making the reservation)
4. Number of persons / names of guests using the services listed in the reservation
5. Description of paid service, period / date of using the service
Private accommodation - apartments, studio apartments and rooms, hotels, villas, holiday houses
• 15-30% of the price of the accommodation service upon approved request to the agency's account.
the rest of the price of the accommodation service is paid directly to the landlord in cash on the day of arrival at the accommodation.
• 100% of the price of the accommodation service upon approved request to the agency's account.
the listed payment options do not have to be valid for all accommodation units and types of facilities, the possible payment model is stated when confirming the accommodation reservation.
Transfers, Excursions, Rent a car
• 20% of the price of the accommodation service upon approved request to the agency's account.
the rest of the price of the service is paid directly to the service provider in cash
• 100% of the price of the service upon approved request to the agency's account.
